Certain awards in SnowHR are tied to specific challenges or goals set by managers. To receive these awards, employees must demonstrate completion of the defined achievement.
To see which awards are available to claim, click on View Challenges button at the top of the Recognition Dashboard page

Steps to claim the award

Complete the challenge or accomplish the goal outlined in the award criteria. Make sure you have evidence or can validate the achievement.

Locate the associated award on the Awards page and click the Claim X Points button.
In this example, To claim the Take the Stairs challenge award, I will click the "Claim 100 points" button on its Award page. A pop-up window will appear, providing specific instructions on how to validate completing this award's criteria.
For this particular award, I may need to describe how I met the goal of using the stairs or upload a photo showing my use of the stairs. The instructions will explain exactly what type of validating information is required.
I will carefully read the directions, provide the necessary details or proof requested, and click Claim award to submit my accomplishment for manager review.

The manager will validate that you successfully completed the challenge based on the evidence provided.

If approved, you will receive the award payout! If not, the manager may request additional information or provide guidance.
You will get an email when your manager approves your award, and the award points will be added to your Points to Redeem balance.
Claiming challenge awards allows you to showcase key accomplishments, earn recognition, and receive a financial reward. But remember, awards must be earned by satisfactorily meeting predefined goals - they are not guaranteed.
